Yoga Mt Rainier is the Perfect Place to Experience Yoga

Located on the shores of Clear Lake near the small town of Eatonville you will experience magnificent Mt Rainier nearby.  Come in with an open mind and an open heart and you will be surprised on how wonderful you will feel when you leave class.  The rewards are endless. This gorgeous studio provides a safe and non-competitive environment where you will be able to listen to your body and take care of yourself throughout the class. The instructors are trained to help with any pre-existing condition or injuries.

Don't have any yoga gear? Don't worry. Yoga Mount Rainier is a fully equipped yoga studio with everything from mats to a yoga wall system designed to safely invert (hello healthy spine and boosted immune system!). Just bring yourself and we will supply you with anything and everything you need to enjoy a safe and welcoming yoga class.

With consistent practice you will soon discover you can do things and feel ways you have never imagined.

Yoga Classes

Level 1 is for beginners, students that have injuries or physical challenges, or have not done yoga for a while.

Level 2 is for students that have been practicing for over 6 months or for those who maintain a strong personal fitness practice.

Remember, ANY class at Yoga Mt Rainier will be a joy whether it be gentle or strenuous, so please come anytime you feel you can and it is guaranteed you will feel the benefit.

Classes at Yoga Mt. Rainier are one hour and fifteen minutes unless stated otherwise on the schedule.

Please come 10 minutes early to set up your mat and props.

Gentle Yoga

Level 1: This class is for those who are new to yoga.

 It is also a great class for individuals who feel their body is not ready for a regular yoga class due to physical limitations.

All Levels: This class is wonderful for those who need a refresher on the basics of yoga.

Learn the fundamentals of beginning a yoga practice as you stretch and strengthen your body.

Strength & Stamina

Level 2: A more strenuous practice which will help build strength and endurance

Also...

You will practice several rounds of Surya Namaskar and hold each pose for a longer period of time.  You will be given the opportunity to invert (go upside down on the Yoga Wall) to decompress the spine and relieve tension in your neck and shoulders.

Empower Hour

TBD: Move through a series of poses that will strengthen your cardio and open your body too.

Cindy has a special interest in the healing aspects of Yoga and has completed 120+ hours of Professional Yoga Therapist Training.  In 2018 she completed a 2000 hour study that covered two years of extensive training in asana, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

Cindy feels that Yoga not only heals and transforms the physical body, but also beautifully influences the quality of a person’s life. Cindy knows that Yoga and Meditation can positively change the course of the human story.
