Strength and Stamina

Strength and Stamina is a more strenuous practice which will help build strength and endurance.  You will practice several rounds of Surya Namaskar and hold each pose for a longer period of time.  You will be given the opportunity to invert (go upside down on the Yoga Wall) to decompress the spine and relieve tension in your neck and shoulders.
