Six Week Series

These classes are designed for everyone at every level of fitness.
Sign up for a six week yoga series focusing on one subject such as:
- Open Your Hips
- Strengthen your Core.
- Release Tension in Your Lower Back
- Unwind the Spine
- Happy Knees and Hips
We will meet once a week and each class will build upon the information learned in the last class.
There will be a variety of these series throughout the year.
