Flexibility and Form

This class is wonderful class for all levels to really get to know your own body and it's capabilities. We begin class with various hip, spine, and shoulder openers to get the range of motion needed for Yoga postures.  Then we proceed to a series of standing poses, inversions, twists, and mild back bends.

Your instructor will go over all safety points of each pose.
